Motivational Interviewing for Addiction

A respectful conversation that builds your own reasons to change.

What is Motivational Interviewing?

Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative, non-judgemental style of counselling. Instead of pushing you, it helps you explore mixed feelings about change and strengthen your own reasons for it.

How it helps in addiction

What a session looks like

A relaxed conversation. Dr Shadaab listens, asks open questions and reflects back what you say. There are no lectures or ultimatums. The aim is that you leave with your own next step.
