What we collect
When you take the free assessment we collect your answers, name, mobile number, email, location and any note you add. Contact by phone, WhatsApp or email shares only what you send.
How it is used
Your assessment is emailed to Dr Shadaab’s clinic (help@drshadaab.com) so the team can contact you and understand your needs. It is not stored on this website and is not sold or shared for advertising. It may be shared with the treating doctors, such as the associated psychiatrists, where needed for your care.
How long we keep it
Information stays in the clinic’s email until it is no longer needed for your care. You can ask us to delete it by emailing help@drshadaab.com.
