Mindfulness & ACT for Addiction
Notice cravings without acting on them, and live by your values.
What is Mindfulness & ACT?
Mindfulness teaches you to notice cravings, thoughts and feelings without reacting automatically. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) builds on this by helping you accept what you cannot control and commit to actions that match your values.

- Reduce rumination and worry
- Reconnect with goals, family and work
- Handle stress without turning to substances
What a session looks like

Who it suits
- People who feel ruled by cravings or racing thoughts
- Those under chronic stress
- People who want skills they can use anywhere
